Pampatike Organic Farm offers the following types of goat cheese to shareholders. Cheeses are provided in the sizes indicated.
Chevre (cream cheese style, no salt) (8 oz tubs)
Dessert Chevre (amaretto or honey-vanilla) (8 oz tubs)
Ricotta (no salt) (one lb blocks)
Feta (Greek style, lightly salted) (8 oz blocks)
Herb Spreads (8 oz tubs) (Seasonal)
Farmhouse Jack (8 oz wedge or 2 lb wheel)
Caraway Jack (8 oz wedge or 2 lb wheel)
Cheddar (aged at least 30 days) (8 oz wedge or 2 lb wheel)
Feta Marinated in Olive Oil (with farm grown & dried tomatoes and herbs) (8 oz jar)
